ARE ROOTS&THREDS PIECES MADE TO ORDER?
Yes. Many Roots&Threds pieces are produced especially for you after your order is placed. This allows us to create intentionally while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ROOTS&THREDS PIECES?
For the best results, follow the care instructions provided with your garment. In general, washing in cold water, turning printed garments inside out and using low heat can help preserve your piece.
WILL COLORS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THEY DO ONLINE?
We work to represent every product as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, garment materials and the production process.
CAN I SEND ROOTS&THREDS AS A GIFT?
Absolutely. Enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address during checkout. Keep in mind that items in the same order may occasionally arrive separately.
DO YOU RELEASE LIMITED COLLECTIONS?
Yes. Roots&Threds may release limited collections, seasonal pieces and special drops. Certain designs or colorways may not be restocked once they’re gone.
